Logistics Projects
We have designed and developed:
• A web service to track truck and order locations in near real-time.
• A synchronization system between internal systems for customer data, a system for holiday routing, data rollback, and a
cached model for a backhaul Oracle database. We also implemented SaaS connectivity for inbound routing using MQ Series.
• A payroll translation matrix and feed, and a parallel feed for real-time truck and order information, as part of an on-board computer switchover.
Insurance Projects
We have designed and developed:
• A web-based dynamic survey management system. This system included payment processing via Payflow Pro,
23 custom user controls, database-driven behavioral relationships between user controls, and database-driven validation.
• A reinsurance reconciliation system. This system collected data from five sources and combined this information to
provide a comprehensive picture of the premium and loss positions for reinsurance. It also allowed analysts to evaluate
and track claims exposure, track aged balances at the treaty level, track outstanding premium and loss at the line item level,
and run reports for management review.
• An online artificial intelligence system called “Quick Quote” that allowed insurance brokers to post submissions,
receive instant quotes, and bind policies.
• A system to track claims information, and led a project to create a new policy system that allowed for complete
transactional detail.
Banking Projects
We have designed and developed:
• Call Report and Securities interfaces for a third-party collateral management system,
a generic rules engine used to determine collateral eligibility, and a comprehensive reporting system.
• A system for translating securities data from various custodians into the Advent Portfolio Exchange system.
This system included a web-based administration tool, a batch processing subsystem, and integration with Control-M.
Healthcare Projects
We have designed and developed:
• Physician portals that hosted surveys, as well as provided information, samples and materials
from pharmaceuticals.
• A pathology certification maintenance portal. This membership portal integrated with Personify AMS,
and the Angel Learning Management System.
• EAV (Entity-Attribute-Value) models, OLAP reporting systems, and web services for third party interactions.
• HL7 and X-12 interfaces for equipment and billing systems.
